Q: About CV upload.
Hi,I just wanted to ask a question. If I apply for a job does my CV get uploaded to just that person OR to is it in public view of other people hiring? TIA
As I understand it anybody who wants access to your stored cv has to pay ecc but you can send it to prospective employers for no charge.
Apparently you can hide your cv with a privacy setting and nobody can see it .
Note you will not be able to delete your CV ever.

best you can do is edit the hell out of it to remove details .

I think they should let users decide how it gets distributed and provide an option to delete it once they find a job.

Ecc needs your CV so they can make money
the more they have the more they make and control .
Dont forget Ecc is a business first .
