Q: To All The China Expat Teachers: Did you ever teach before coming to China?
What did you do for a living before you got here and what training did you take to become a "teacher"? What is your degree in and why did you choose to teach when foreign teachers are the lowest paid expats in China?

never taught, but had to supervise and train...and some of the staff was not so talented, so was an easy transition. had good opporunity to come to come to china (my university focus). improve language skills and seek business.
No, I just graduated this spring. Teaching is the only thing I can do in China since I do not have the 2 year experience requirement.
