Q: Any chances of me getting a teaching job in Guangzhou? Can anyone guide me on better options?

I am a black African, with a degree in business and currently pursuing a masters degree. Will appreciate your comments

Best Regards,

Sure, you are well educated and qualified but the visa may be an issue.

Hit the training centres and best of luck.

Apply for everything. Expect to be turned down a lot. Don't let it get to you.

'Walk the doors in Guangzhou, and apply for the job in person.'

That's the best advice, you got above.

You could also try with 'Jobs', top R of this screen, just change city to 'Guangzhou' and apply with your CV.

To get your real chances in Guangzhou, I suggest you include your photo in CV.

When you'll see job openings, apply everywhere, doesn't matter job's requirements.

Good luck!

A:I think the first "not smart" thing you did was to think of everyone as a subordinate. They are in fact your team members. You are also a team member and your role is to supervise, not flex your muscles. It drives you nuts when your boss does this and then you do exactly the same thing. Think about it. Adapt, change, bend the rules and be more efficient. -- iWolf
