Q: Any news on Shenzhen Universiade?

I heard some news about the universiade in Shenzhen. It seems some residents there are having nightmare becuase of the security measures implemented during the game. Some complained that the residents near the main stadium were told by the government to leave and go some other places in the city for 5 hours during the opening ceremony and government will pay each person several hundred of RMB. What happen if you do not want to go some where? Each household near the main stadium will have a security guide to join with the family to "enjoy" the show during opening ceremony.

This isn't only news for the universiade but probably one of the most silly ones.

"probably one of the most silly ones" you say, but is it? It could be plausible...
