Q: Any of your students have hilarious English names?
In one class: Eternal Dawn
In the same class: a guy called Happy, another called Sad
In another: Rainbow
Even some of the younger Chinese English teachers chose 'wisely'. I did a double-take when one of them introduced herself as 'Apple'

Some boy names: Endless Night, Hulk (and he was 156cm tall), Jizz, Veedee(VD), Hymen
Girl names: Easy, Twink, Taint, Poopy, Lawanda
On a sidenote, everytime I encounter a student with an English name referring to "intelligence", these students are the most idiotic: Smart, Genius, Brain, and Einstein were some of the dumbest students I've had.

Where I come from, Atlanta, Lawanda is a real common name
Anyone who uses a family name as an English given name, without realizing that it is a family name. Extra points go to Johnson Wang.

Plenty with Cherry and a few with Apple. One time I had a banana, but I drew the line there and gave her a new name. She'll thank me later. -_-'

I know this is an old post, but I once met a student called "King of Forest", like Michael Jackson is the King of Pop. Then the usual, Airplane, Hot, Ivan (girl), Anakin (he really liked Star Wars)
A girl wrote her Chinese pinyin name as nazi one time. I explain to her the importance of spacing.
Also know a Chinese pinyin name as wangke. Ouch.
Had one last year called Potato...'OK, Potato, come to the blackboard...'
I remember a kid called Hitler, but the best I remember was 10 years ago on my first visit here I was asked to name a class of kids, so as they were entering the class I sat at a desk with a pen and some name tags and just went, "Spiderman, Jaws, Kong, Dracula, Vadar, Goliath, Skeletor, Wolverine, Lex Luther, etc, etc..."
I am teaching a summer class for teachers. One of my students chose "Milky Feet" as her name because her feet are "white like milk"...
I am not a teacher, but I have a female employee whose name is Dairy and a boy who is Bevis. The winner (we changed her name now to Constance) "Constipation"

I am surprised I didn't see Princess in the list yet, but maybe I just overlooked it.
The greatest name I saw was Xbox.
Four years ago, I had a teenage boy named AK-47. I asked him if he had a brother named M-16 and a cousin named Bazooka. He just laughed.
Five years ago I had a young twenty something girl named Dummy. I told her that name HAD to go.
I met someone and he asked my name and without letting me ask about his he said My name is TRANSFORMER! I just LMAO and he remained serious!

Season, Dragon, Apple, None, Kobe, Tiger Wang, Lincoln, Edison, Fly, Moon, Bill Gates, Ibrahimovic, Lorry (a girl), Lemon (a girl), Monday, Jazz, Banana, Wall, Fight, Lion, Love (a boy). Monitor, Eleven, Ocean, Park, Bleak, Alpha, Blue. Dick & Fanny top the list.
