Q: Anyone here wants to spend a traditional CNY for free?
Well, if any single man in China wants to experience a traditional CNY then I may give him one. I'll pay for the flights and one week stay. My hometown is in Hubei province, not poor village. hahah, hope you get what i'm asking here. Yes, I want to rent a cute boy home for CNY!
Before I start to ask my single mates if they are interested, I need to ask you a few questions back.
I assume you are female. If so, does the pretend boyfriend get to have pretend sex?
If you are male, do you seek a gay male, or a bi male?
What is your job, your qualifications, and monthly income? Do you own a house and a car?
Do you have a big inheritance due? That is, are your parents rich?
I know lots of western guys in China who are here because they can't find a girl friend at home. They have various personal issues, weight, baldness, shortness, drink problems, no money so on and so on. A few guys I know also have drug issues. Both prescription and illegal.
If you can answer the above, and state what you want more precisely, I will get to work to hook you up.

Many foreigners in China become acting like Chinese. I have a decent job and do not have financial burdens. My parents are happy parents...No pretend sex but only friend. I start thinking about hooking up the boy next door. Thanks for your inputs, Scotsman. )
I've read about these gigs before.. they seem to get more common every year, I always wondered how they work.
Just out of curiosity, what's the going rate for a week?
Does being a foreigner put your daily rate up or down?
And what does the girl do when everyone in the village or neighborhood has met the 'fiancee' and is talking about what a great catch he is - (invented)good job, rich family with great guanxi, owns a house and BMW etc..then next year she's single again or has yet another 'great catch'. Wouldn't her and the family lose face or something?

yeah I know this was not a good idea but at the moment i seemed couldn't find a way out. I think I have just wanted to have someone listened to me at the moment. Thanks for your response with thoughtful questions. Actually that is totally acceptable in our folk culture that you invite someone, a relative, or neighbor, or a pass-by, to join in celebrating the big festival with your family if this invited person was alone very alone in the season. We are minority group in the mountain county, and we do have the customs - being hospital to the strangers. I witnessed a lot when I was young and home. So losing face is not a problem at all in our culture for this festival. And the reason I post it here, is at most or at least for friendship. To answer your questions, I hope i have left a little room for negotiation.

If the requirement is only friends, why does he have to be single ?
Married but alone in China can apply ? 
Please provide more specifics like any other requirements (like education, job, nationality) other than being "single" and "cute boy" ?
Unfortunately I will not be available in China for CNY as my Visa will expire soon. But if international travel is covered, I can renew my visa to come back and would like to apply for this "position" !!
