Q: Anyone know of a vpn compatible with a samsung galaxy s3?

Got a vpn for my phone off qq of all places but it had a virus, now i'm back where I started with nothing but youku to entertain myself when i've been enjoying youtube, and writing emails to friends who i've been able to contact en masse via facebook. Frustrated as hell. Help me echina kenobe, you're my only hope. (Just spotted an earlier question on this subject but it's still left me somewhat lacking direction. Basically I'm ignorant as hell about such things. Stoopit you might say. A head like a cabbage. Saw one suggestion about finding them on torrent websites but I don't know where those are neither. Fu** it.)

Android devices can natively support L2TP and PPTP VPN protocols. OpenVPN is probably installable. There should be lots of choices for you. Get a VPN solution that allows you to use it on multiple devices, so you can run both on your computer and on your phone if you think that is needed.

mArtiAn:

Cheers Scan but looking up L2TP just gave me a headache. Untold links, all in Chinese, that'll take me round in circles. Looked up the word 'torrent' at the same time. Same thing, my head already hurts. Gonna follow some of these links in the post made earlier this week and pay for one. Try and find one with a customer services department that can answer my questions. Seems 600 yuan a year is doable for a vpn, so that's the plan. I fu**ing hate stuff like this, my head ain't built for it.

Scandinavian:

you might want to not buy a VPN that is paid in RMB, get something from a Western country, with multiple connection points. Assdrill meets your requirements.
