Q: Anyone planning to get a PS4 or XBox One soon?
The games for the PS4 don't seem to be there yet, but it's still an exciting development. Anyone planning on making the plunge?

If you can go to Hong Kong yourself and pick one up then go for it. You can still see how much they gouge you for a PS3 or Xbox 360 in the mainland.

PS4 and Xbox One don't have official release dates for mainland China so HK is the closest official market that will get it.
There is generally a low demand for video game systems in China (oh, and they're "banned") so you can only get them through unofficial grey market channels (read: no support, warranty may or may not be honored). Due to the physical size of the packaging, smuggling them into the mainland is substantially more expensive VS strapping 20 iphones to your body and walking across the border.

microsoft and sony consoles were never officially released here, most of these small stores either buy from hk or japan , with a huge mark up you are better of buying from hk
I want both. 95% of games out there are dire but when you get a good one it gets addictive.
