Q: Anyone recommend some good mouse killing product?

I woke up in the middle of the night, went in the kitchen and THOUGHT I'd seen a furtive little shape moving about. Come daylight, I found minuscule black, dried turds strewn about. I'm fairly disgusted.

Anyone know where might be the best place to buy some mouse killing products? I heard the things they sell in small department stores aren't strong enough because some people buy them to kill themselves. Should I head to Carrefour instead?

At Carrefour or other such stores you can find a Japanese-made trap, which is a small cardboard surface, with some type of super glue on top and little knobs in the middle emitting a smell the mice will be attracted to. Once they step on the platform, they become glued to it.

I had this problem before and had to resort to using this, despite its absolutely sadistic nature. It worked like a charm, and the poor mouse screeched, shat, pissed, scratched, bit at the thing and couldn't escape. It made me sad.

I second this choice. My roommate bought this mouse-superglue thingy a week ago and that same night we caught the little bugger.

Get a cat. Not only will your mouse problem be solved, but cats are cool.

If you can deal with the dead body disposal part (or have someone that doesn't mind), just use a trap.  I like the cat idea too though Tongue

I have big monster cats and and a mouse living in my stove that ate cat food. The cats tried to kill it, but they kind of juggle the mouse around and rough it up. I think just trying to claw it without getting bit, so the mouse always got way. Once the mouse started getting on the counter, I put out a trap and nailed it right away. I was worried the cats would set off the trap on themselves as they get on counters.

A swat with a broom will kill a mouse.
