Q: Are the Yen parties in Beijing really all that?

People keep going on about Yen Halloween, Yen New years as if they are the best warehouse parties ever!!!! Starting to think about Halloween, so is it really that great?? Will it change my life? Beijing Oldtimers you got any good recommendations other than that??? Someone mentioned a metro party!?

Apparently they are warehouse raves up in 798, held for big events like Halloween and NYEs. Their halloween one is mentioned in the echinacities Halloween roundup for Beijing. But its a bit pricey so I'm deciding whether its worth it. Never been myself so can't give you more info than that.
