Well, you are not supposed to actually sit on them, you need to "hover".

I'm not paranoid, but carrying small (aircraft allowed) bottle of "hand sanitizer" (gel made of some stabilized alcohol) can be a good choice. 

And I'm not talking about using it for hands...

Just take a tissue, and wash toilet seat with that gel. It evaporates in seconds, leaving quite clean and bacteria-free surface. Then You don't need to "use force" to levitate

When we first went to UK, my wife always carried disposable toilet seats (made out of thin plastic) for those occasions when she had to use public toilets. I doubt you can get them in china. Even then apparently she preferred to hover!
