Decisions, decisions.

Astrill: Works good on off-peak times, can download videos, more options.

ExpressVPN: Fast and efficient but more expensive.

You have answered your own question, but when we know the powers that be want to stop VPN use and will obviously target the more popular ones why ask a question that basically advertises them. Some things should only be discussed over a couple of cold ones with mates.
