The same as all over the world

A lot of young Girls and Guys want this work

even with the long hours and serving the difficult passengers because its looked upon as a good steady job with plenty of travel  and things to see

My Niece tried out for it however didn't get through to the end

As everywhere in the industry it's hard to get in

and the lucky ones have something to smile aboutwink

My ex was a Lead Flight Attendant. She seemed to like it all-in-all...  Hard job though and just average pay. The perks of flying First-Class for free on her days off was pretty cool though...    :-p

chinese people tend to disrespect what they consider servant jobs, so when you get on a plane you see them not listening to what they say or just being rude. that is just the way many people are here. but many young women want to be flight attendants. i just feel sorry for them i've seen some just give up on trying to get chinese passengers to comply with the rules. they just walk through the aisle ignoring the dumb lady hiding herr big bag on her lap with her big coat during take off
