I've been using Wasu 3mb.. but it constantly drops out (maybe only seconds at a time when streaming - but still very annoying!)
Is there anything better out there?
Also, I'm paying about 140/month... but the money doesn't matter too much!
Suggestions?

Best. Internet. Service and China are four words that can never go together

"Best" does not infer 'good'.... it only means the best out of what i8s available - and if all available is crap, then 'best' will still be crap. I am fully aware of that... Would you prefer I asked "Which is the least crappiest ISP in China??"
I use China Mobile 3 gig cable service. The service is very reliable and constant and the downtime has been minimal. China Mobile's support team have been very helpful in the past as you will see.
The only problem that I ever had was when one new neighbor hacked my account and made off with my password .... and then he was adroit enough to locate the cable box, because all of the building where I live has been wired for both cable and DSL, and he unplugged my cable connection and plugged into his connection instead. China Mobile came three times to fix the issue and then they finally changed my password, after having changed it previously, to a very high level password. Of course they also reported him to the police, who were viligant because I am the only foreigner in this gated community and the neighbor had a little visit, shall we say.
Prior to that I had their DSL service, also purportedly of a great speed, but it was erratic, unreliable and prone to lots of downtime.
I pay RMR 400 a year for unlimited cable Internet service with unlimited downloads.
