Watch English speaking movies. Seems to work for a few people I know. "Where did you learn to speak English?" I asked them. Watching movies was the answer. Don't tell anybody else this please because all of us English teachers will have to go home as hordes of Chinese invade the cinemas for their next English lesson!!

Traveler:

We used movies in corporate training. Watching a movie seems to have significant results, but we also discussed certain key scenes. This improved knowledge of natural speaking, in contrast to the formal English taught in classrooms. Forest Gump was particularly good, as the speaking is slow, and the content varied.

You need to Read, Write and Listen and do lots of it!! As for movies I would suggest that they aren't a good way to learn, documentaries are better
