I finally found some traditional Chinese Zen CDs, thanks to answers.echinacities.com and transferred them into my iPod shuffle. It's really practical because one I'm quite the jogger myself, so I wouldn't shave saturday, wait sunday, put on my Rocky Balboa sport suit and go do some running. I usually equip myself with a pedometer and the iWrist wrap to hold my iPod while listening to "Eye of the tiger", "Burning heart" and "Gonna fly now" before I would get exhausted, just as I arrive to an expat friend so we can take a morning beer.
But recently, we had an argument because he said that my Lucky Charm green hat is a fake, and it's not. We managed to make peace, but now he asked to go jogging with me, "to check if (I) can really run an hour every morning". Obviously I have to go practice first, because that would be a shame if I couldn't show him who's the man is, but I can't listen to Rocky I, III and IV because the rhythm just makes me wanna run fast.
So I figured I would get better if I would listen to traditional Chinese Zen music, I could get better quicker.
The thing is, I can't run near my place, because he just might notice me, so I was looking for a nice Zen park so I am able to jump in a bush and check around if I suspect anyone is following me.
Anyone can halp me?
