Q: Body wash/skin cleanser with salicylic acid?
I have started to have serious body acne since I came to China but I can't read enough Chinese to be able to buy the specific products. What brand or type of body wash can I buy to take care of this? Maybe one that has salicylic acid in it?

Find your local Korean import shop and pick up some bars of Dove moisturizing soap. Try not to confuse it with the Dove chocolate they sell all over; rubbing that on my face just made me feel like ladies' eye candy.

That's a tough one... If I use anything face wash that has salicylic acid in it, I get a lot of pimples. Maybe try going to the dermatologist and see if they can prescribe you anything? Ask a Chinese friend to come with you in case you're not sure what to say to the doctor.
