Q: Bodybuilding supplements in Shanghai?

Hey,

I am going to Shanghai tomorrow. Since most sellers on Taobao including Kuaidi are already on holidays I am running out of protein powder. Is there any shop in Shanghai that sells quality whey protein powder (import) for non rip off prices?

Fabian,

Try calling Jason at this number in Shanghai.  He is the rep for one of the Shanghai bodybuilding supply stores.  Perhaps he can help you.

Now that's service! If you don't mind, I'm gonna steal that number too. Maybe there is a possibility if shipping stuff here to Daqing. Kool.

I saw a really cool store next to JingAn temple that only sell supplements! It is like a small GNC!  There are two locations.  The number for the one in Jingan is 021-62898511.  They also deliver to your home for free!

I realize this is a necropost, but for future readers....there is a small GNC shop located on the 4th or 5th floor of the Raffles shopping mall next to People's Square.  Unfortunately, the prices are of epic rip-off proportions.  The exact same 5lb tub of protein which I normally buy for about 300 rmb in the US, goes for 900 rmb here.  Ridiculous.
