urban planning is the most popular major in china and the chinese plan every square cm of everything, so unless you have something new to offer that they have not copied yet, in which case they will use you till they get all your knowledge and toss you in the trash with all the other fools they copied, your basically shit out of luck, however if you can make air force landing strips on man made islands in the south china sea, they have quite a few openings.
