Madre mia. What a question. Expand your knowledge? Google your question. You think this board - filled with a bunch of moose & kangaroo hunters - can answer your query? Effin go to T-b-t if you want to expand your knowledge.
But since I'm a nice guy, to help get you started on your path to Nirvana, start with Doors of Perception by Aldous Huxley (a self-proclaimed Buddhist) and follow it up with Timothy Leary's PhD dissertation The Social Dimensions of Personality: Group Structure and Process. That will set you on the straight and narrow all the way to the Godhead. When you've reached the 7th Heaven, can you report back to us and tell us how it feels? And recommend some good lit, in the bargain? Namaste, lil bro.
Sorry I don't know literature about Tibetan Buddhism. But I would like to recommend you 仓央嘉措, the sixth Dalai Lama. He wrote many good poems.
