If you are receiving ANY compensation (money, boarding, etc...) you are required to have the same visa, work permit, etc... as any working foreigner.

Sidi:

Hi John! thanks for responding. I would like to know what type of VISA it is and if you could share the requirements. Am a student now so the student visa was quite simple to get, so now I want to prepare for what I will be doing next, full time internship and all the requirements that come with it.

Hi Sidi,

If you are going to do the internship, you can apply for F (business) visa if you are not old enough to get working visa (I think you have to be at least 25 years old).

All you need is the invitation letter from the company, plus the same things as applying to other visas - 4 passport photos, enough free space on the passport, etc.

Hope this makes it more clear for you Smile

Sidi:

Oh thanks a lot, this clears it, it's not as complicated as I thought it was.

A:It's up to the employer if they want to hire you that's fine most cities today require you to take a health check every year when renewing the working visa if you pass the health check and you get your visa renewed each year I know teachers that are in their 70s and they're still doing great -- ironman510
