If you plan to be shooting golf balls into the streets, I hope the police will come pick you up

Anything is allowed, as long as you don't criticise the government - unless you are foreign, in which case, everything is forbidden.

steve0sha:

The picture looks like its on the coast and he could be hitting it into the sea.  I think anywhere in the world if you hit golf balls off a roof and it hit someone and they knew it was you people would be pissed and if it was not the police im sure it would be a angry mob

And then the golf balls get stuck in whale's spouts, and they die.

The picture isn't the Chinese coast, because you can actually see the water from the roof. In China, pollution would mean this was not possible.

Golf is a game based on etiquette and requiring unswerving honesty. The Chinese would cheat constantly so what is the point of them playing at all? The chances of ever seeing a scorecard that has been completed honestly is about a million to one. If the Chinese hit into the rough or a bunker, they would just pick the ball up and throw it onto the green. China and golf just do not mix.

If you put a big Chinese flag or a portrait of Mao behind you no one will ask questions. angel

EDIT: Wear something red as well - then your shots will be lucky.
