Q: Chinese and alcohol tolerance
Is it me or Chinese people have, in general, low tolerance to alcohol? They drink a lot, but to the point of being sick. Especially women, who get drunk on just a few glasses.
When I go out drinking, Chinese often impressed by my lvl of tolerance and they say it's a good thing. They also ask me how they can level up their drinking skillz.
How can that be?

It's all body weight/drink ratios.. Teeny tiny Chinese men and women cannot hold a candle to fat arse French guys and the like. It's all about size..despite what your mother taught you!

It depend where you are in China. In general the further South you go the less they drink. If you go to Inner Mongolia or the Northeast I think you will find plenty of people that can drink you under the table.
i guess you are having the good quality of alcohol every day branded one i think . this depends upon your physique and mental status as well. chinese drinks alot of bears having 4 or 5 % alcohol and they are very cheap to buy it. depends on the quality you have got this resistence to intoxication.
its better for you to reduce it before cause some damage to your liver and brain. alcohol readily kill brain cell which are old enough to die and liver is extremely affected with it. so if you want to have a healthy life so reduce smoking and alcohol... better for you...
