Q: Compare Chinese cities to those of your home country

For example, I'm from USA so....

Beijing = Washington DC (national capitals)

Shanghai = New York (economic center)

Hong Kong = Los Angeles (because of the celebrities)

Maccau = Las Vegas (obviously)

Shenzhen = Seattle (because its a technology sector)

Chongqing = Houston (spread out over alot of land)

Nottingham, my home town.   A very lively place and a mecca for students.   Has the most popular university in the UK, strong connections with Ningbo.   Just a 'little' bit smaller than Shenzhen, by a few million or so people.
