Adverts for these services are normallay in elevators. Or on the sides of busses. They are easy to spot... before and after photos etc.

But in China, if your nose is too big and you pay to have a bit hacked off, you technically lose face, but gain face by being stupid enough to pay for it. Is that a paradox? Erm..
