Q: The customer sold me out. Help

My boss kept delaying the customer's goods delivery for a long time, and did not refund to the customer.

 

I reminded the customer that the boss is dishonst and adviced her to give a claim on alibaba or call the police.

 

The boss kept delaying the refund still and the customer went to tell the boss that even Victoria(me) said that he(my boss) can not be trusted. 

 

The boss got so mad at me and asked me, I denied most of the words I said.

 

Then I sent the message to tell the customer that she is shit and will not end well in her life by selling me out which she promised that she will not sell me.

 

She went mad and threated that she will copy all the message and send to my boss if I don't apologize.

 

Then I apologize but she never replied.

 

She is an employee of the customer's company.

 

What should I do?

 

I made a big mistake to trust the customer too easily and being too kind to remind her.

1) You don't bad mouth your boss/company owner to customers. 

 

2) You don't go telling customers they are shits even if they are. 

 

How many years have have you been in Sales? If I was your boss I'd fire you immediately

With all of the other problems that you've had with this company...

 

In what reality does it make sense to call a customer a "shit"?  Are you a sales professional or some peasant girl from a village who happened to find a job in the city?  

 

What can can you do now?   Start looking for a new job.

Vicky, a first step ahead is that you admitted to you your mistakes. I will not add up anything else to it, since you suffer enough from it, and the moral sufferance is the worst one can experience in life, because it makes yourself feeling ashamed in front of anyone and guilty. Don't stay too long on this feelings but learn from them as much you can or feel you have the will to do so. 

Then, even if your boss is angry at you but doesn't fire you, seek to do such an amazing job to impress him, bringing him as much benefit that the anger may go away. Probably, it will go away, although I am aware of how difficult it could be for him. 

 

You have already expressed your sorry to the client. It's enough, don't insist anymore. In the meantime, do secure another job elsewhere, just in case. 

 

Let us know then of the outcome and how you moved on with this situation.

The customer RATTED you out, based on your OP story.
If she also SOLD you out, your boss must be chuffed you unloaded all his stock onto her. What a sale!

"Someone from my office went to report me to the boss saying that I said it's the boss begged me to come back to work after I resigned.  

The boss called me up tonight to warn me and latter he told me to let this thing pass after he criticized me for losing his face. I remember I said to them that the boss kept calling me and messaging me to come back to work. I could not remember if I use the word "beg".

That was your post on the 14th August, implying you had left the company and no longer working there. Now you are back there working Just more of your usual bullshit. How are supposed to believe any of the crap you post. If you are this unprofessional how on earth do you think you are capable of running your own business?
