Q: The customer sold me out. Help
My boss kept delaying the customer's goods delivery for a long time, and did not refund to the customer.
I reminded the customer that the boss is dishonst and adviced her to give a claim on alibaba or call the police.
The boss kept delaying the refund still and the customer went to tell the boss that even Victoria(me) said that he(my boss) can not be trusted.
The boss got so mad at me and asked me, I denied most of the words I said.
Then I sent the message to tell the customer that she is shit and will not end well in her life by selling me out which she promised that she will not sell me.
She went mad and threated that she will copy all the message and send to my boss if I don't apologize.
Then I apologize but she never replied.
She is an employee of the customer's company.
What should I do?
I made a big mistake to trust the customer too easily and being too kind to remind her.

1) You don't bad mouth your boss/company owner to customers.
2) You don't go telling customers they are shits even if they are.

In what reality does it make sense to call a customer a "shit"? Are you a sales professional or some peasant girl from a village who happened to find a job in the city?
What can can you do now? Start looking for a new job.

Vicky, a first step ahead is that you admitted to you your mistakes. I will not add up anything else to it, since you suffer enough from it, and the moral sufferance is the worst one can experience in life, because it makes yourself feeling ashamed in front of anyone and guilty. Don't stay too long on this feelings but learn from them as much you can or feel you have the will to do so.
Then, even if your boss is angry at you but doesn't fire you, seek to do such an amazing job to impress him, bringing him as much benefit that the anger may go away. Probably, it will go away, although I am aware of how difficult it could be for him.
You have already expressed your sorry to the client. It's enough, don't insist anymore. In the meantime, do secure another job elsewhere, just in case.

I adviced the customer to call police and give claim on alibaba to get her company's money refunded from my boss. I told the customer that the boss is dishonest and stupid and many other very bad words. I lost control of this situation now, I do not really know what else did the customer said to the boss and what else will the customer says to the boss.
I think the boss really wants to fire me, but he didn't fire me for now. Because his business is in danger and my working performance is good, I have worked here for 5 monthes and 10 days, I got the boss 5 business deal closed. My 2 subordinate sales
are not good enough to replace me and they still need my trainning to grow as they almost had no experience on international sales before the boss hired them.
But I feel embarrasssed to continue working here Pulsartre, the feeling is torturing me.
I made a very stupid big mistake severe enough to destroy my career. I still need to work a bit for saving the money to go self-employed.
I realized that I have less energy to invest on my own business while working on a full time job. The best way for my own business to grow is invest money to get customers and quit my full time job to commit to my own business development.
