I recently ordered a jacket and a flashlight. There was a small delay but ECC contacted me telling me why.

The flashlight is good the jacket is very good.

You might as well cash in the points. Free is free!

I ordered a coat over 2 years ago, still waiting. Sent them emails a few times since and they said they would send. Over 17000 points, I should be able to get something with that, how about a new scooter?

I tried about a year ago to order the flashlight, still waiting. The points were deducted but no flashlight, contacted admin and never had a reply, so now I don't bother about points at all.
