Q: Do China and G.B. have the same social 'ceremonies' surrounding tea?

Granted the teas are different (cream, sugar, etc...) but the actual 'ceremony' of when to drink tea vis a vis meals, with who, for social occasions, etc... how much of it is similar?

If you go to dinner in the UK you're going to get a dessert and tea menu after the meal, in China you're going to get served a cup of tea before you eat or have even ordered.
