I probably stay home most evenings, but not because of the cold weather. -9º here this morning. I have lived where it's hot (So. Texas, Las Vegas, etc.), cold (central Alaska, Aberdeen, Munchen, etc.) and I adapted just fine to all of them. The weather I Don't like and Cannot adapt to is the damn Humidity! Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Thailand,..... Humidity sux!

dave_the_rave:

Excuse my ignorance so does that mean humidity is on high level where the weather is usually warm?

I believe that is the perception.  Honestly I do not know the connection between temperature and humidity, but I know one seems to feel it a lot more where the temps are high.  But temp is not enough,,, Vegas gets really high temps,,, it's in the desert,,, haha, but it's not humid.
