It really depends, you should give moar info so it's easier to estimate. Depending on your income, it may be "too much" or "not enough"....

In my case, I have the habit of treating my Chinese girlfriend with lots of wine, and restaurants outings, especially when she wants me to do the cooking (or when i ususpect she will ask me). For some people it can be too much, for others it's not.

But I don't find mine too demanding at all. She never asked me to put on my happy chicken suit... maybe she's still too shy!

Yet another post about Chinese women being excessively difficult to bear. What exactly are people mad about? On the one hand you have people claiming they're so easy, then on the other hand complaining they're too demanding...

Did you expect personal slaves when you got your girlfriends here???

Maybe I'm wrong, but I really haven't seen any particularly observable behavior from women in China that warrants these types of posts. If anything, most of the ones doing the cheating, for instance, have been guys here in China, not the other way around.

Yes extremely! but you cant compare them to westerners, obviously there's a big gap in social conduct. I guess you just haft to adapt.

You give them a inch, they take a mile.

Hahaha no no Njord, I'm not a man-hater...I just think a lot of times guys are a little hypocritical...they kinda want the best of both worlds. I know the reputation Chinese girls have of quickly thinking their bfs are ATM machines, and while the stereotype may have sprung up from this younger generation that's very money oriented, I do think expat guys are quick to judge, that's all Wink
