Q: Does someone know Civic Moon Resort in Shenyang? could you advice/comment?

Hi,

my name is Roberto (IT), I'm currently living in Shanghai but I'm going to move in Shenyang in 2014...

I'm looking for a big apartment/villa in Shenyang, my wife and my future daughter (she still is in mom's belly) will move with me of course.

I'll spend most of my time at work/travelling and I'm looking for a nice place to live, with safety open green areas, possibly with kindergarden gym and so on...

I saw the Civic Moon resort on the internet... does someone know it/live there? Are the prices around 15-25 krmb per month (depending on size and type)?

If someone is living in Shenyang and could give us some advice... well Thank you in advance!!
