Q: Does your girlfriend eat more food than you?
I am amazed at how much food my gf eats when we are together. Its always twice as much as me. Yet I out weigh her by 20 kg and she is very thin. How about you guys?
There is no good food to eat. Noodles and barbecue sticks will do. Meals are boring. No cheese, decent salads, 1'' thick steaks?

it's an American import, it's comfy but too short, not built for grown up people had a Chinese slab of concrete for a while, wasn't all that bad.
Yeah, that's totally unfair. My wife is about the same height as me, she eats as much, and more caloric stuffs than me. I don't eat anything between meals, I don't drink sugary stuffs, I eat local stuffs only, no cheese, no dairy... Yet I'm heavier.
I eat much less than guys here in general, no meat, fish... I do sport... They are thinner. Metabolism

My wife is nearly 2 feet shorter than me. She eats *more* than me. Then again, she was pregnant at the time, and she was nursing. Now she's eating more again............... wait a minute..............
The Chinese women I know, including my wife, don't eat at all. They all think they're toooo fat. It's laughable. And sad.

Yes, and this perpetuates the sad. It's very likely that this is the only time they eat.
I'm aware you're free now, but the average Chinese who isn't compelled to be at a family home for meals doesn't eat.
Because, 1) they can't fend for themselves, and 2) restaurants will make them fat, (because its just shit food), so they don't eat.

although i am quite small sized (UK size 8) - all the girls i taught were very thin in comparison to me and still thought they were too fat.
I even told them that it was all in their minds.
I was not surprised they were so tired as they didn't seem to eat properly and were on 'diets' all the time.
And no, i don't diet, i exercise.

So true, I know so many girls who only eat in public; at home they just eat fruit. and they don't want to exercise because this will make them look too 'strong', so they are really damaging their health.
Yeah, I feel my wife eat sometimes more than me, but not always. but the the right food, unfortunately
If its chinese food, she definatly eats more then me. But if its a pizza, shes full after a piece and the rest of the pie is all mine!!!!
My girl eats at least twice as much as me, yet she never gains weight and I am 40 KG heavier than her.
My wife eats faster than I do, because of the chopsticks, and my habit to eat a bit of everything in one bite. It usually means I take 10 minutes longer at the table. I usually get a 2nd bowl of rice, and she doesn't.
Then again, when I'm working in the city, my usual fare is meager and crappy, because I don't really cook. So, she gets at least 2 Sichuanese buffets a day, while I can only bulk up in the weekends...
I eat more than my GF, my GF is a little shorter than me, and weighs a little less then me, we have about the same BMI (her's is a tiny bit higher). Her body is perfectly average, not thin, far from fat, that's the way I like. As an extra bonus we're also exercising together.
*Paging Martian, Paging Martian to the forum for an answer* How much more ______ does Martian eat than the locals? Would be interested to see what fits in the blank.
To be honest I don't think my wife eats enough. As with everything in China it is one extreme or the other.
