Q: early childhood salary for teacher and how to negociate

what is the full time salary for a native 20 h week for in a early childhood center 2 tier of china (dalian) or other cities. how to negotiate more hours for more $$$ . how about the other condition i need to take care in my contract. need to know the lowest salary, the mean and the highest. how about the salary by hours for full time and part time?

Can you teach English if you don't speak English? How?
