Q: erasing the board.

i was reading a post on china smack, a poster says she always erased what her foreign teacher wrote on the board because she hated him.
is there anything to this practice?

I've noticed that anything I write immediately gets erased the second class is dismissed, but I don't feel it has anything to do with hating me.

same here, I think it is just being polite, so the next teacher to use the room doesn't have to do it.
