Legal is a relative word in China.... with the right guanxi and the right amount of money, anything can be legal, including euthanasia.

you gotta remember that laws have little meaning here. the laws in China are to protect the Party, not the people. like DaBen said. all you need is a big wad of cash and the right guanxi and you can get away with throwing your mother in law out the 30th floor window.

You spelled that wrong...Its spelled 'YouthInAsia" and from the plethora of young, drunken, dumbass , recent college graduates teaching English in China, I have run into, I would venture to guess its legal! Smile
