From decades of teaching I notice four distinct categories of students,

1, From rural areas (poor economic conditions), grew up, poor communication ability, in a new environment, it is difficult for them to quickly close the  psychological gap with others.  The advantages of these students are also obvious, practical work, good leaders of tasks with unconditional obedience.

2, Cadres and families (幹部) (ie civil servants parents) students, general eloquence is good, strong communication ability, do things safely, that is often said as high EQ But sometimes they are too slick, boring.

3, Business owners (or business, good economic conditions of families) , children born in these families --- general character is very outgoing, able to quickly integrate into the new environment, good communication skills, often wine and dine,  ktv. The disadvantage is their poor ability to endure hardship and pressure.

4, City middle class intellectuals parents' children --- these are indifferent, aloof,  confident and even stubborn, and relationships / responsibility with other people's share is very clear, too serious, such as must go AA split bill with eating, will do work but reject anything beyond the scope of work.  Advantages ---serious,  neither humble nor pushy. Career advice

2. cadres born children: strong communication ability, high Eq. But it's too slick. Seek management or networking is the core competitiveness of the occupation, the more chaotic environment, the more you can ,reflect your advantage.  Avoid Occupation: do not rely on contacts to survive (occupation is not very accurate, we can understand).

3.  business origin children: outgoing personality, adaptable, but poor ability to endure hardship and pressure.  Seek marketing career.  Avoid careers: technology.

4. urban middle class, intellectual born children: indifferent to people, self-confidence and even stubborn, but serious, have toughness. Seek foreign companies, science and technology companies or institutional administrative research education (administrative, institutional or university research institutes).   Avoid careers: marketing positions.

The first and the fourth category, in the career, must strive to improve their education, job title or technology.   Second and third categories: career --must strive to expand their connections, wealth or circle.
