Q: Extension of F Visa..

One of my Customer is coming here on F Visa..The validity is 30 days after arrival in China..he want to extend his F visa after arrival in China..so what is the maximum number of days/months he can get it extended..

f he can provide, at your local PSB, a letter from the company that invited him originally, stating his presence is needed for more time, he could get an extension between one day and one year maximum,  After one year he must leave the country and get a new visa.

 

the number of days allowed at the extension will be the prerogative of the Officer at PSB, so the letter must clearly state that he is needed for whatever period he wishes to remain, up to one year maximum,
