Q: Fake Marriage certificate.

I know that sounds strange but does anyone knows a good site/place to get a good fake marriage certificate?

My partner and I have been together for long and have 2 kids born in China and every time we renew our resident permit we're asked to show our marriage certificate which we don't have since we're not married but usually we get through because on our kids birth certificates appear the name and passport number of my partner plus we have a family book.

However, we're having the feeling it's getting stricter and stricter, that's why I'm thinking, why don't we get a fake one and that way no more hassle.

Any help?

"Having the feeling..."

Is not the same as knowing and doing your research. It really isn't that difficult to get. Probably less effort than getting a fake one.

ScotsAlan:

Yup robk. How did they get the baby book without the marriage book? Same as I was thinking about cub this morning. Disabled from a work accident... in America...no insurance payout? Erm.... Still.... its fun :)

Get married so that you have a real one, then get divorced.

Problem solved.

Are you both foreign, or is one member of the partnership a Chinese citizen?

To give an answer that suits your need, more information is required.

If you are both foreign, a fake wedding book will be no good at all. Because foreigners are not allowed to marry in China (if both foreign).

You mention in your question, "when we go to renew our RP". So does that mean you and your partner both need RPs. I can only assume so.

In this case, what you need is a fake foreign birth certificate.

That could be difficult to get in China. In fact, I suspect impossible.

Ebay might be your best bet.

If both foreign, the issue could  be the foreign spousal visa, S visa, issued to the non working member of the civil partnership, the other being on a Z. Difficult to do without a wedding certificate

If both foreign and both working, then no need for a marriage certificate, since your Z based RPs will be issued on an independent basis.

If your partner is Chinese, or you are Chinese, then "we" do not need RPs.

Of course, maybe you or your partner want to apply for an RP under the Q catagory. In which case, a Chinese wedding book is required.

See what I mean? Your question is too vague.

More pertinent facts required.

Other wise we are just guessing. (edited to add "if both foreign")

ScotsAlan:

That's interesting hotwater.

I was sure I read something last week that said foreigners could not marry in China.

Interesting quote from your article:  "Generally speaking, at least one of the partners must reside in China. Two foreigners on a temporary visit with tourist visas shall not be able to register to marry in China."

So I stand corrected, foreigners can get a Chinese wedding book

However, I still say that a baby born to foreigners in China will not have Chinese nationality. Sure, Chinese birth certificate, but a non chinese nationality.

Okay, I won't judge you for having two children with a woman but not the decency to marry her. I won't call you a "scumbag" or a "loser" for opting to go the fake marriage document route rather than giving her and your children some dignity.

I won't do that.

Instead... I will give you some links to places where you can order stuff like this online. Just give them an image and info of what you need... and voila.

http://www.buyafakediploma.com/fake-marriage-certificate.html

http://www.fake-documents.com/fake-marriage-certificate.htm

I am sure there are people in China that will do it, but they are NOT going to talk to foreigners. You will have to find a Chinese person to track down of these types.

IHow sad are you? surprise

ScotsAlan:

I just clicked on "towers" profile... yeah well.. he has history.

Interesting answer Robk. So you are very pro marriage.  China of course is very very pro marriage, as we all know,  it's an amazingly conservative country.

Is your strong opinion on marriage  from a contractual or a religious point of view?

Robk:

Hey Scots,

Well, I am not really religious and I don't think a marriage should be a business agreement. However, I know in China that if a woman is married to a foreigner and has children out of wedlock... life gets VERY tough for her and the children.

I think it is incredibly selfish for a person to have children and then go through the motions of a fake marriage when a marriage document is so easy to obtain. So is it some personal vendetta against marriage? Not willing to commit? Only Tower knows... but I think...

If the girl is good enough to sleep with and make children, do her the honor of at least marrying her when it only costs 9 RMB and a trip to marriage office. I am sure her Chinese family would greatly appreciate it as well... my thoughts aside... it looks REALLY bad in Chinese society.

So you're already married to someone else? That must be the only thing stopping you from just getting married and then divorced later.

You sound like a disgusting scumbag, to be honest. And you know what? It's illegal for a Chinese woman to give birth without being married. It's illegal for you to even live with her when you're not married.

Funny how you assume stuff so fast!

I'm a foreigner, my partner is also a foreigner (from Europe), we don't want to get married for visa purposes and we have the right to do so, after all that wasn't my question. But I gave birth to 2 kids in China and yes they do have a Chinese birth certificate, now if you know where I can get a fake marriage certificate then you're more than welcome to let me know, now if you post to discuss on why I should or shouldn't get married, I'm not interested, I'm a big enough girl to make my own decisions.

Cheers!

Robk:

Well,

Then you would need a European marriage certificate wouldn't you?

You really should share more details when asking a question of this nature. I think it is pretty obvious that most people would assume your partner is a Chinese national and you wanted a Chinese marriage certificate to obtain a visa to stay in China. You should have mentioned you were both foreign nationals and the purpose was so that you could piggy back of his visa.

I don't know if you can both apply for a marriage certificate in China... or if that would even help anyway.

Now, I am glad I didn't judge you and didn't say all those harsh things. Although you were kind of rude and vague with your question.

In that case, the links I have you are probably your best bet. I wouldn't trust a Chinese forger to try and forge European documents. Order a fake marriage certificate online... problem solved.

And one wonders why governments around the world invest vast sums of money preventing fraud.

Why would anyone want fake documents unless they are doing something shonky? But don't worry about that, I'm pretty certain that the Chinese government doesn't follow the posts of expat forums and no checks are done on public information such as marriages, right?

Oh, why does it take a month for a resident permit to be processed? Because Entry/Exit officials have no procedures or KPIs and just sit around posting wechat moments?

what are you? a government official?

Really didn't think my question was gonna be soooooo controversial!

ironman510:

It's controversial "now" but you're a perfect example of the future and the new normal.. I see a world in the future with relationships like yours where a couple prefers not to get married and rather cohabitant together, if a baby is born you and her are still the parents. So I don't judge you for that, and nor should the world with a 78% of divorce rate in China and 64% divorce rate in the U.S. yeah marriage is not as popular as it once was, maybe for tax reasons, maybe for visa reasons or ect..

But staying in China with fake doc's is not easy, you're about 6 years late on that,, Best chance go to Hong Kong and get married there because if you guys broke up well HK can not help her in no way shape or form.. The HK marriage cert can be used in China to get you an RP and marriage in HK takes only an appointment and 1 hour.

Is this not entrapment?

You know, asking people for information about how to do an illegal thing?

A fake marriage certificate presented as part of a visa process is misrepresentation.

It is a criminal offense.

Do you seriously expect anyone to incriminate themself?

Get married. Stop asking others to break the law by being complicit in you getting fake certificates. Why have 2 kids with someone who you don't even want to marry? Pathetic.

ironman510:

But the question we have to ask ourselves is: Is marriage becoming old fashioned & more about money and advantages rather than based on love or the idea of true love? I'm seeing less and less of it these days.

Does anybody know what/why two foreigners would need a fake marriage cert in China? The only thing I can think of is one of them wants to be a dependent spouse, while the other works where. I remember this came up in Korea, as a married couple was working there. Actually the wife was, the husband was a webmaster, and worked online, but got paid back in Canada. Anyhow he was a dependent spouse.

-That's the only reason I can think he'd want one.

ScotsAlan:

yup. Thats the only reason I can figure. S visa. From previous questions, the OP is a teacher on Z visa. I reckon that must be tough. Dependent partner and 2 kids living on one teaching wage. And non Chinese kids at that so no public school or subsidised health for them. Very tough.
