Q: Fired....last post
Just got paid and was fired the next day these are the facts.
I was told there was another complaint of course I don't know what any of these are attitude kids hate me ect
Don't know how long I have in the apartment
They said they will only give letter if I get another job
Contract says if employer ends I will receive 1,000usd
What should I do at this point?
Serious answers, I am in a small town...SAFEA information is not current of course people I work with do not know. Contract said nothing about probation, they just emailed me saying my last day was Saturday. They are not saying anything else.
I asked for FEC and was told I do not have one because it did not go through....confused

There are two scenarios for what the CFTU is
1. It is a criminal scam run by lone con-man Steven Robert "Bobby Bolles" Bolles
2. It is a religious cult with 20,000 hard core castrated members sworm to secrecy living on The Farm in henan province who would give their lives to defend the ideals of The Leader. A

In answer to your question, be grateful that you got anything at all and take the first plane back to your mum's old sofa in the basement.
While this poster is most certainly dead now...as being fired counts as desertion/cowardice under the new CFTU Teacher Guidelines and punishable by a firing squad, know that the CFTU will never die.
Not as long as there are 20,000 of us who have FAITH in The Leader and believe that China Scam Watch is the literal word of The Leader and whom would die for the CFTU.

Whenever I see "fired" posts, it really grinds my gears. Guess the poster has been fired already, according to CFTU regulations, so my irritation is irrelevant... How much is it to ask to simply devote every energy in your body to the education of this country's populace? Is that too much? This goes for not just teaching, but also to every random "Hello?" in the street. Such as, a "Hello" from a middle aged woman, hoping that this greeting will infuse itself in the mind of a 2 month old infant in the stroller she's pushing. The minimum response to a "Hello!" should be a more passionate "Hello!" back, two times for every one you receive, accompanied with a gaping smile and hearty wave. That's the CFTU style when it comes to educating a populace. Serving with heart but without Bolles. The number of these weak willed heretics appalls me! Luckily for us, their numbers are being reduced one by one.

Were you fired, or is it that you didn't pass your probationary period?
I suggest you go to the local SAFEA office with a well-detailed complaint in writing and a copy of your contract. Is yur school even licensed to hire foreigners with SAIC. If you don't know send an email with a copy of your contract to help@ChinaScamPatrol.org and they will help you get answers for free. At least they did for me when I had a problem getting a release letter last year. Good luck dude.

Only work in first tier city,I don't trust smaller cities where the labor law isn't strong enough.

I learned this the hard way...my contract was awesome....but it was not enforced and the local office does not know English and nobody wants to get involved.
