Q: Gift Giving Teaching English
Hi there i am about to start an job in an training center what to bring as an overseas gift for an training center headmaster and the foreign advisor officier and any suggestions how to deal with management in teaching english in china

the same school you claim is not following the contract? the same school where you are racking up complaints? try giving the gift of teaching to your students, first and foremost. develop yourself into a good teacher, or just leave so a competent teacher can take the job.
Be carefull, i know you're trying to be nice. But if a new employee showed up to work and gave me a gift...I'd either 1) think they were an ass kisser 2) think they are about naive and might be easy to take advantage of.
Also...isn't this the "an job" you were just complaining about. Maybe you should work with them first and make sure you like the job and like them before you start spending money on strangers and giving them gifts.
