Q: Has anyone gotten an L Visa in HK recently?

I guess the hardest thing to show would be that one has a place to stay for a month or so?  Do you guys trust any visa agencies there?

Most people recommend foreverbright. It's a lot more difficult now. Have you had lots of L visas before?

Hotwater:

Go to your local entry-exit bureau. You should be able to get a 15 or 30 day "humanitarian" L-visa inside China while changing jobs. Contact them ASAP.

Does anyone know anything about the following scenario:

Let's just say foreverbright gets me a 30day single-entry L visa.  Can I still book a one-way flight into china?  or would I get to the airport in HK and they say, hey, this is O/W?  u need R/T !

Stiggs:

I've been told I need the return ticket, and a couple of friends have had the same thing too. It wasn't recently though so dunno, that might have changed.
