Q: Has anyone had their hands read in China?

I met this Chinese Family who invited me to their office. They are a wealthy family who operates a company with 11 product lines and they produce over 400 products. Only one of them can speak English but his English is very, very poor. He always tells me how much he loves me and how much he wants me to be his friend. He has invited me to tea, lunch, and dinner on many occasions but I have only gone twice. The last time I went I was really annoyed. He literally invited the entire family and they kept walking in and out of his office smiling and staring at me. Four of them came into the office and sat next to us and we all began to drink tea. He told me that his brother was really good at hand reading and that I should let him read my hand. I gave him my hand and the first thing he said to me was that I will have two children, a girl and a boy. I was very shocked because I am not thinking about having children at all so I really did not take him seriously.

Yes, I am in a relationship but I had not even discussed this topic with my boyfriend yet. After leaving the office, I sent the video to my boyfriend thinking that he was going to laugh it off and tell me not to take it seriously but he was like are you going to have them with me? I was like dude I do not even believe this sh*t.

Does anyone believe in this type of fortune telling?

Having your hands read? Never heard of it.

In English we say: having your palm read.

Keep trying.

It's all a load of superstitious rubbish. Hand reading/palm reading, reading realizes, tarot cards, clairvoyants. Used as a bit of fun then fine. Don't take it seriously.
