Q: Has anyone recently been asked to complete a foreign expert assessment?

I've been asked to complete an online assessment (something to do with safea) to prove my qualifications as a foreign teacher.  Is this something new?  I've not been asked to do it in the past five years.

Yes it is required for all new teachers in the company I work at. That is in Tianjin too. Not sure about outside of Tianjin but I am sure there are some other cities using it. I don't think you can fail it unless you are some kind of nut job.

A:I think the first "not smart" thing you did was to think of everyone as a subordinate. They are in fact your team members. You are also a team member and your role is to supervise, not flex your muscles. It drives you nuts when your boss does this and then you do exactly the same thing. Think about it. Adapt, change, bend the rules and be more efficient. -- iWolf
