Q: have applied to many jobs but none has even call me to fine out who i am why.....

Well, I can tell by your use of English that you are not a native speaker.
I am sure recruiters and schools that spend their time sifting through tons of applications and resumes/CVs would come to the same conclusion.
Just because you can use the language (albeit barely) doesn't mean you should teach it. This goes for non-native or native speakers a like.
And the schools that don't care (about English proficiency,) you don't want to work for anyway.
However i must say coming from a "native english" country also doesnt mean one can teach the language. especially specific to grammer issues, there are plenty of accents within england and america that people wouldnt even understand. however people from hongkong or singapore have stronger grammer than alot of native people.....so how can a teacher be judged by just being from a country?.....how about canada? is it native?....but someone from quebec is not native english but french speaking....the problem is that Chinese in general have a google idea of white people speak english and everyone else doesnt....lol in my time i have seen russians and germans teaching english at a so called "natives only" institute...
And same with the case for sciences teachers, where native level is regardless, Harvard, Yale, Stanford, UOT and many others have over 50% faculty from the so called non native countries.

this is a list for all the dumb employers who blab about running an institute. next time put it with resume and send it to them...

You may have a point there, but the language schools still need to get their teachers a visa. One of the visa requirements is that the teacher be a native speaker, from a group of about 5 countries. The schools may or may not agree with it, but that's the rule if you want to get your new teacher a proper visa.

Stiggs is right, it's about the law, not what the school wants. However not every provinces require the teacher to be native speaker, the most "developed" provinces such as Shanghai, Guangdong, Beijing or Jiangsu are more strict than let's say Guangxi, Fujian, Shaanxi or Hubei. In the same logic first tier cities are more picky than second and even more than third tier cities. Why? Because they can.
If you look at the job section on this website with the feature that shows how many applicants to each job (linkedin also), you would see how much competition there is out there for any of these jobs. And for anyone to call you back, you really have to have a CV that stands out. No employer cares if you are just eager and willing to join their company, they want to know the benefit of you over the other few dozen that applied.
Try the smaller cities, that should do. I am a terrible English speaker and have been offered the teaching job many times while in smaller cities.
Why does everyone presume that the person is after an English teaching job????

It's posted in the teaching and learning section so it seems a fair assumption.I suppose the poster could be applying for jobs teaching his or her native language though.
Maybe you need to work on your resume and cover letter. Make sure you apply for things you qualify for. Maybe you need to give us more information on what you are looking for. Anyway, I think it probably has to do with your resume. Employers weed out a lot of people by looking resumes. The job you are seeking may require more then just answering an ad. Especially if it is a western company.
about 7 month ago, I applied to many jobs ads too, register and created CV on many sites. yet within 1 month, I got just 2 calls. One let me go to bangladesh or where, and one that gave me my current job. 2 weeks ago I got 3rd call. too late, i love my job. I do not count those calls let me work for insurance companies and so on. that was countless. they do not even cared I am foreigner ..
