Q: have not been paid my salary yet.
I have been working at a company for 2 months on a legal z working visa now.the first month they paid my salary in full then on the second month when our schools payday arrives this month 26th.
Afterwards i asked my boss and fao and they say will pay it but 2 days later the salary has not arrived in my bank account. The only thing is that the new school has not renew my fec yet and the visa from the other school has been cancelled and have done the medical for the new fec for my new school. if they end up not paying me.
What are the options who i can report this to or how to get my salary when they wont pay me or not give me a copy of the contract. and my visa has not been renewed.

How can you say you are working legally if you have not had you FEC renewed in 2 months with this new school? Did they renew your Z visa? Seems to be you are not legal, you should go to the psb with your passport documents (including contract) immediately.
You have two options:
1.Accept the fact that they might not want you anymore and move on. There's nothing you can do while you're working illegally, so your salary is lost. I'm not joking your salary is gone if the company has decided not to give it to you, you have no power or ace up your sleeve while working on an expired visa. If we are wrong and you are still within your contract and visa dates then you do have the power to do something.
2. Pray to god for a miracle, Keep your head down and mouth shut and wait for something to happen, but start making a backup plan...Start talking to the boss about your release letter if you start feeling really insecure.
yes i got my visa renewed last november changed provinces after the first month of the renewal.
then ive been in an new job in an new province after the second month they still havent paid me the wages.

my rp in my passport still valid to november 2014 but the fec has not changed yet and they did not pay my wages yet.
when a person changes is the visa cancelled or not does the rp stay valid till the expiry date.
There is Q, how did you resign. You can not just go to the other Province, and demand respect from old School (or SAFEA's help).
Probably, you signed Contact with 30 days Resignation notice. You should respect that, and give your old employer RN.
School is required to hand you Release letter, FEC cancelation cert., and your last salary in 30 days after your last working day.
If you just walked away to another School, I'm not sure about help from SAFEA.
You might facing another Z visa application outside of China. In HK, if you're lucky, but probably in Chinese Embassy in your home country.
RP can be canceled by the School. However, I don't have knowledge how that works, because I always resigned respecting Contract, or because School didn't respect Contract.
If School didn't pay your salary on time, that is 'Contract breach'.
Your new employer won't be able to extend your RP, if you don't have Release letter and FEC Cancel certificate.
You should contact SAFEA, and ask for the right advice there.

well i left my previous school at the beginning of the december on good terms my previous school gave my new school release letter and reference letter.
however my new school has just used those documents but they have not paid me my salary for the month for february as of yet 5 days overdue and a new fec has not been made
who can i go to with help on this issue safea or psb any suggestions.

Visit SAFEA in the city, where your present School is located!
If you're in the smaller city, you might need Chinese English translator for interview at SAFEA.
School might hold your FEC, or your School is 'not authorized to hire foreigners', and they never applied for FEC.
School apply for FEC at SAFEA together with you. It is Chinese Gov. (big) building, with loads of flags outside. Probably is different building than PSB! You must hand one or two photos, and few weeks after that School must give you FEC.
i keep on asking and they keep on giving me excuses.

2. If you still don't get FEC in a week, ask your boss: 'Can you tell me please address and location of SAFEA? Give them 2 more days!
3. Go to the nearest bank, and ask bankers for SAFEA's address.
4. Voila! That's French!
According to what jibberish you've posted,you are working illegally. Your RP is not with your new employer and they did not apply for your FEC.
But in you OP you stated that your old school canceled your visa and you stated above that your RP is good until November 2014.
Your story is not even straight in your own head.
