Q: Have you noticed that China has dramatically changed some sports?

Before the London Olympics I had never seen a chinese person win a swim meet. But during the London Olympics I witnessed the rise of a female and male star. I've also recognized some other sports such as speed skating. What made that dramatic change possible?

China has schools where kids who doesn't really like to compete in certain disciplines are forced to have fun doing so.
