Most jobs in China you need to be someone doing a job Chinese cant do. You need to prove you a expert and legally need a university degree. Some i hear get away with it. here are many fake teachers. Almost as many as there are fake I phones around, but the government is planing to clamp down on them.

The selection is very much like a beauty contest :
1) you must be pretty
2) you must have a nice smile
3) you must be cheap
4) if you have none of the "qualities" mentioned here above, then you a "connection".....

Western flight attendants: ugly, lazy. rude. I can deal with ugly but lazy and rude is what gets to me. Thank goodness Unions havent been adopted. Yet!
