Q: How do I buy avocados for cheap in China?

Is too cheap. Import so expensive, yet avocados grow so plentifully in other country not china.

It really depends where you are in China but generally speaking avacados are expensive all over here. I've seen them sold for anything between 15-25 rmb here. In Beijing there's a market called Sanyuanli that sells imported goods including avacados for less than what you'd find in other supermarkets. You could also check out Taobao. I know it sounds ridiculous but I actually know quite a few people who buy exotic fruit and foods online.

A friend of mine buys them off Taobao, don't know what the shop is called though.

If you live in Beijing, they are about 11rmb at jenny Lou's i think.
