Q: How do people in China read about world news involving China that is not biased?(in Chinese)
Which websites in Chinese? (if any)
It seems that most Chinese here just trust the news from CCTV, or they just don't care. Either way they are not properly educated in major news that concerns their country.
Hong Kong has several Chinese language newspapers that are considered neutral, such as Ming Pao. Others, such as Apple Daily, are pro-democracy.
Mostly, however, I think that bloggers and Weibo users are making huge contributions to spreading unbiased or non-propaganda news to netizens all around China, despite China's best attempts to censor them. The number of bloggers is just too overwhelming for the censors, and growing daily.

Not blocked, as far as I know. I generally read South China Morning Post (SCMP), an English language newspaper from HK, for my China news. SCMP and Ming Pao are generally regarded as reliable news by HK people. Sing Tao, though pro-Beijing, is also regarded as reliable, and I am reasonably confident that is not blocked. I will check it out when I find time.

They read unbiased news whenever they go outside from China and google it..
My wife is from a pretty standard 'working class' family and tbh international news they are pretty ignorant of. Major stuff that really affects China trickles down through Weibo and others blogs and gets into the 'mainstream' word of mouth, usually weeks or months out of date. Distrust of ALL media sources, Chinese, western, internet is massive. Domestic news seems to get out much quicker, even the news that the government would prefer didn't, (think very large USA Bank accounts, and former Provincial governors). So I would imagine that if news CAN get out but doesn't it must be down to a large amount of disinterest and / or distrust.
As a Brit, I have had a deep mistrust of the UK (and international) press since the UK vicarage rape crisis of the 1970s (I think), and I view all news with a massive amount of cynicism, summed up by the vicar in the said rape crisis when asked about how he views the media since the crisis;
"I think everything I read in the broadsheet papers is possibly a lie and everything I read in the tabloids is probably a lie."
Now, if I don't see a similar story in at least two differently owned outlets I will assume it is either wrong, biased, misleading or plain lies.

Yes, even some 'western' media can be biased or lacking the whole story at times.
I get a copy of China Daily - absolutely straight, no nonsense, no bull, non manipulated journalism.
Kaiwen - you must be joking if you think the China Daily is not biased. It is owned by the government, just like the Global Times, Peoples Daily, China Youth Daily, Beijing Today,... and all the other newspaper. The law mandates that newspapers are owned by the government here. The only hope Chinese have of getting outside information (not necessarily the truth) is with VPNs
I read news from www.163.com and www.yahoo.com mostly,one is in Chinese and anther one is in English,fair enough.LOL
Can you say "VPN"? All my Chinese friends have and use them. Some Chinese only pretend to be in the dark. All the university students check the BBC, YouTube, and other news sources daily.

Are they reading it...I hope so....but most either ignore news or believe the spoon fed shit they are fed.
Are some Chinese really informed...yes...but how many Yanks are considered "the informed public" and really know what's going on? It swings both ways.
Just different systems of information manipulation catering to a dumbed down audience.
In conclusion they need to look outside the country. The real deal on Weibo is blocked faster than a premature ejaculation (I am guessing).
